Description:

The IAQ3 Bio-Security Systems are state-of-the-art contamination control systems.   IAQ3 utilizes a four-stage abatement system, consisting of a pre-filter, a high-efficiency DOP filter (or optional HEPA filter), a set of anti-microbial elements, a catalytic reaction chamber and a final set of anti-microbial elements, to provide a wide range of biological agent, toxic gas and hazard material control.

The IAQ3 Bio-Security System features low pressure resistance for energy efficiency and lower operating costs.  Furthermore, by removing particulate matter and gas contaminants from the environment, building cleaning and maintenance costs are reduced as well.

Recent tests by Iowa State University confirm that our systems are effective against bacteria and mold.  In effect, our systems can give you the security of knowing that they can control all your indoor air quality needs.  IAF Clean Air Machines are the only systems on the market that have a proven test record for killing virtually 100% of bacteria and mold passing through the system.

Stage 1

Pre-filters are manufactured of the highest quality non-shedding synthetic fibers for a long, maintenance-free service life and high dirt loading capacities.

Stage 2

The 80% to 95% DOP filter provides high efficiencies up to 95% @ 1.0 micron @ 2,000 cfm.  An optional HEPA filter is available.

Stage 3

The first stage of anti-microbial elements kill most of the bacteria and mold passing through the unit, thereby offering the most effective method available for eradicating these dangerous health problems.

Stage 4

The catalytic reaction chamber is the most effective method available for removing toxic gases, ozone and organic vapors discharged from building materials, office equipment, furnishings and the external environment.  The chamber contains our patented bonded “brick” gas media noted for low resistance and cleanliness.

Stage 5

A second set of anti-microbial elements kills any residual bacteria or mold.
